Architectural Designer
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional ADU designs that meet client needs while adhering to zoning and building code requirements.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD
- Develop design concepts that maximize space efficiency in ADU floor plans
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes and zoning regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients throughout the design process
- Prepare design presentations and construction documentation
- Participate in client meetings to understand needs and present design solutions
- Stay current on emerging trends in ADU design and residential architecture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (required)
- 2+ years of residential design experience preferred
- Strong understanding of building codes and construction methods
- Excellent visual communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Customer Success Specialist
About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their ADU project journey. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has strong communication and project coordination skills.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the entire ADU process from initial consultation to project completion
- Coordinate between clients, designers, engineers, and construction teams
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing questions or concerns
- Manage client expectations and ensure project timelines are communicated clearly
- Prepare and manage client documentation, contracts, and project milestones
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and streamline processes
- Collect and respond to client feedback to continuously improve service quality
- Coordinate project schedules and maintain client records in our CRM system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of customer service or account management experience
- Experience in construction, real estate, or design industries is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
